Modular Letters
Part 1:This was a project from my advanced Graphic Design class, the idea was to create our own font using a rather limited tool called Fontstruct, a website that had a library of basic geometric shapes which could be used to make all 26 letters of the alphabet, numbers, and symbols however for the project at hand we were to stick with either upper or lowercase only. The poster in this part was black and white only with our design. Part 2: After the initial construction stage, the second and final part of this project was to select two colors and implament them in such a way that goes with the theme and layout in part one. I chose red and blue because they are symbolic to the movie that the quote comes from (Star Wars), following that i traced and recolored each letter moreover i used the VR program TilBrush to paint the smoke in the background.
